Peter Benchley (American, 1940-2006). Offset lithograph promotional poster for the 1982 novel The Girl of the Sea of Cortez. The poster is printed on medium-weight paper and shows evidence of horizontal folding. Marked Doubleday at the bottom right. 24" H x 15 3/4" W.

Condition report:
The poster exhibits moderate condition issues including overall browning and foxing to the paper, visible on both the recto and verso. There are small pinholes located in each of the four corners from previous display. Two horizontal creases are present where the poster was previously folded. Several small spots of discoloration are visible in the upper text field and along the white margins.
