Description
Brown fur felt fedora with a high, pinched crown and two metal-rimmed ventilation eyelets on each side. A multi-layered cream-colored fabric band, designed in a style similar to a puggaree, encircles the base of the crown. The interior contains a dark brown leather or synthetic sweatband with coarse, visible stitching. Unsigned. 4 3/4" H x 11 1/2" W x 12" D. Interior opening 8" x 6 3/4".

Condition report:
The hat shows signs of regular wear consistent with use. The cream fabric band is significantly frayed and weathered along the edges. The felt body shows light general surface wear and minor pilling. A small area of discoloration is present on the underside of the brim. The interior sweatband exhibits wear and visible coarse stitching.
