Description
Krieger Velocita chronograph wristwatch. The timepiece features an off-white dial with three recessed copper-tone sub-dials, applied dot hour markers, and a date window at the 4 o’clock position. The dial is equipped with an inner tachymeter scale and an outer rotating telemeter bezel. The 38mm stainless steel case includes a screw-down crown and two chronograph pushers. It is mounted on a dark brown alligator grain leather strap with a stainless steel pin buckle. The watch is powered by a Swiss quartz chronometer-grade movement. Marked on the dial KRIEGER, 200M, OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED SWISS CHRONOMETER, and T MADE IN SWITZERLAND T. The case back is engraved KRIEGER, OFFICIALLY CERTIFIED SWISS CHRONOMETER, MADE IN SWITZERLAND, WATERRESISTANT 20 ATU – 200 M. – 660 FEET, STAINLESS STEEL, C 705, and 1366 / 1466. The buckle is marked KRIEGER. Location: 14C
Condition report:
The stainless steel case and bezel show light surface scratches and minor scuffs consistent with moderate use. The sub-dials exhibit minor spotting and oxidation. The leather strap is in poor condition with heavy creasing, cracking to the finish, and significant fraying and abrasion to the keepers. The chronograph hand is resting off-center. Working status is untested.
