Description
Castello tobacco pipe from the Fiammata Collection, featuring a straight-grained briar bowl with a natural plateau rim. The pipe is constructed in a straight Dublin profile with a polished tan finish and a black acrylic stem featuring a white bar inlay. The shank is stamped on one side with the Fiammata and Castello Collection marks and a square CA logo. The underside of the shank is stamped N 4 and bears an oval mark for Carlo Scotti. Additional text near the stem junction reads Hand Made Castello and Made in Cantu Italy. This lot is complete with its original presentation box, a drawstring storage bag, a cleaning cloth, and a manufacturer’s informational card. 6″ L x 1 1/4″ W x 2 1/4″ H. Location: 17B
Condition report:
The pipe appears in mint, unsmoked condition with no evidence of charring, tooth marks on the stem, or bowl wear. The exterior finish is bright and consistent. The original presentation box, fabric bags, and documentation are all present and show only minor handling wear consistent with storage.
