2 modern abstract lithographs. John Harrison Levee (American, 1924-2017), L’Orage, pencil signed, titled and numbered 59/120 in the lower margin, with L’Oeuvre Gravee blindstamp lower left, additional notations in pencil lower left and right and on verso, 19 1/8" x 25 5/8"; Alfred Manessier (France, 1911-1993), pencil signed and numbered 105/200 in the lower margin, 15" x 22 1/4". Both unframed. Both stored rolled, both with some toning and discoloration; Manessier creases lower left corner, mat burn, adhesive residue on top edge and verso.
From the estate of Maurice Binder. Born in 1918, Maurice Binder was an American film title designer, best known for his work on 14 James Bond films, including Dr. No. He died in 1991 at the age of 72.
