Ornately carved Chinese dragon bookcase or open cabinet. Heavily carved temple bookcase with dragon supports and four sliding doors, wood and bone inlays, later velvet lined interior. Four side panels on open velvet-lined section are loose. Wear and fading throughout velvet. Separations to wood on back panels. Losses to inlay on one sliding door. Chips and losses to wood on all feet. Repairs to carved posts on left section of crown. Loss to veneer on one section of left crown. Losses to carved figures on top of crown. Two carved figures from top of crown have losses and are separated but present. Interior of crown was fitted with lighting which no longer works. Cracks to wood on base. Separations to left and right side panels. Cracks to wood along right panel.
