Provenance: George Houle, Los Angeles, CA, 5/8/1979; private collection, New York City; thence by descent.

Corners bumped, some shelf wear, minor wear to corners, spine and edges, some foxing, notations in pencil front endpaper. Provenance: private collection, New York City; thence by descent.
