Advertising on half title and 16 pages of advertising at rear dated 1897. Inscription in ink on half title page "From J.W.G. to C.W.R.". Initialed and dated 44 at end of text. In plastic dust jacket. 5 3/8" x 7 3/8".
Corners bumped, minor wear to edges and spine, binding loose and separating, some foxing throughout.
Provenance: Maurice F. Neville Rare Books, Santa Barbara, CA, 4/1978; private collection, New York City; thence by descent.
