All with Salmagundi Club labels with titles and info on verso. 2 with pen & ink: Boston’s State House, March 5, 1770, signed lower left, 7 1/2" x 5 7/8" (with frame 14 1/4" x 12 1/4"); and Fraunces Tavern, Dec 4, 1783, New York, signed lower right and titled lower left, 7 3/4" x 9 1/2" (with frame 14 1/8" x 16 1/4"); watercolor Old New York, signed lower right and titled lower left, 5 1/2" x 6 1/2" (with frame 10" x 11"). Tavern chip to frame lower left corner.
