Philip Howard Francis Dixon Evergood (American, New York / Connecticut, 1901-1973). Pastel on paper railroad tracks and factory buildings. Signed lower center and dated 1958 lower right. 16 3/4" x 22 3/4" (with frame 24 3/4" x 30"). Creases to paper lower left corner.
