Martin Minahan (American, New Jersey, 1945-2022). Oil on Masonite I Once Had a Room With a Window That Opened Up to an Old Apple Tree. Signed upper right and signed, titled and dated 1975-76 on verso. 31 1/2" x 37 3/4" (with frame 41 1/2" x 47 1/2"). Masonite loose in frame, chips and losses to frame.
