19th – 20th century Meissen porcelain allegorical ewer emblematic of water. Elaborately modeled in relief and polychrome-painted with gilt borders. Drilled, loss to the fish lower right, 2 horses missing feet, 3 horses with chipped ears, chip to mermaid’s tail, chip on ewer handle. Crossed sword mark on the underside.
