20th century oil on canvas. Chinese shaman in front of a pot with cranes above it. Signed illegibly in the top right. Dated ‘1937’. 20 1/8" H x 16 1/8" W. Not framed. Chipping of the paint on the bottom edge. Hole in the canvas, top center. Original nails holding the canvas to the stretcher. Canvas is warped around the edge. Stretcher bar marked "The Hirshberg Co. 214 W. Franklin St. Baltimore, MD."
