"823 grains of silver 900/1000 fine — The equivalent of one gold dollar in value, Sept 13 1896", marked Tiffany & Co. on the reverse, with circle indicating size of government dollar containing 412 1/2 grains of 900 silver. 2"-diameter. 53.6 grams. Minor scratches and tarnishing.
