"Mike Leon Bracker Ipswich, Mass. 1919?" written on verso.15 1/4" x 21 1/2" (with frame 20 3/4" x 26 5/8"). Toning, fading and discoloration throughout; backing of frame partially missing and panel and glass loose in frame.
