Rose Cecil O’Neill (American, 1874-1944). Pen and ink illustration drawing, children. Signed lower right and with notations in ink and pencil in the margins and on verso. Matted, unframed. Sheet 14 3/8" x 19 7/8" (with mat 20" x 23 1/4"). Taped to mount, partially separated; toning, discoloration and mat burn, adhesive residue to the margins and additional labels on verso; discoloration to mat.
