In the style of Charles Marion Russell (American, 1864-1926). Mixed media with charcoal and pastel on board, Self-Portrait. Signed lower right C.M. Russell and with artist’s skull device and dated 1909. Titled, with additional info on verso "C.M. Russell Self Portrait for Will Crawford 1909, sold 1947 Sadie Crawford, Cape Cod [illegible]". 29" x 21" (with frame 33" x 25 1/4"). No glass in frame; tear lower left from edge into image, discoloration lower right and discoloration and smudges throughout; chips and losses to frame.
