Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Triple Bill – Covent Garden Tragedy and A Most Unwarrantable Intrusion. Group of 10 pieces original set design artwork. Various mediums, including collage, gouache, ink, pencil, watercolor, prints. With 11 additional set model pieces. An Unwarrantable Intrusion Door Cut-Cloth 14 1/4" x 15 5/8". All as is and in production used condition. Created by Tony Walton for the West End productions of A Most Unwarrantable Intrusion and Covent Garden Tragedy, National Theatre, 1968. Together with In His Own Write (The Lennon Play), the three productions made up "Triple Bill". Unwarrantable was the first part, Covent Garden the second, and In His Own Write the third.
