Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Chicago. Group of 9 posters, window cards and prints. Most for the original Broadway run. One window card signed in gold ink by Tony Walton, one with inscription in gold ink "For Gwen – Here’s to a terrific 1975 – Much luck & love – Tony". Signed window card 22" x 14". All as is with wear, creases, bumped corners and other losses. Created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Chicago, 46th Street Theatre, 1975-1977; and subsequent touring productions. Tony Walton designed the sets and the poster for the show. He was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Scenic Design in 1976 for his work on the production.
