Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Large group of 100+ pieces of early artwork, c.1940s-1960, including caricatures, sketches and other doodles, small paintings and drawings, on various papers, found paper, sketchbooks; most in pencil, some ink, watercolor and other mediums. Includes roughs for Playbill, book illustrations and other projects, including a set of rough caricature portraits for the 1964 Broadway production of Golden Boy, for which Tony Walton designed the sets, costumes and projections. Largest sheets 15" x 10 3/4". All as is. All created by Tony Walton, 1940s-1960s.
