Group of 31 pieces original set and costume design artwork. 21 costume design sketches, including 17 mixed media with gouache and ink and 4 in pencil, all on paper, various characters, some mounted. 10 set design sketches, various sets and elements, including 4 mixed media with gouache and ink, and 6 pencil sketches, all on paper. Julius Caxton (Guy Deghy) 13 1/2" x 7 3/4" including mount. With a handwritten note from Mrs. Hulbert (Cicely Courtneidge’s) housekeeper on Courtneidge’s 18A Charles Street, Mayfair W.1. stationary.
