Working with you has been one of the finest, most creative experiences of my life and I love you for it. Rob". Cover page "’The Wiz’ Screenplay by Joel Schumacher. All as is. Compiled by Tony Walton for the film The Wiz, Universal, 1978. Tony Walton was the production designer and did the costumes for The Wiz, and was nominated for 2 Academy Awards in 1979 – Best Costume Design, and Best Art Direction – for his work on the film.
