Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Sophisticated Ladies. Set model. Mixed media with cardboard, metal, acrylic, gouache and other materials. 32 3/4"L x 19 1/2"D x 24"H. As is and in production used condition, and with loose and missing pieces. Created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Sophisticated Ladies, Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, 1981-1983. Sophisticated Ladies was nominated for the Tony for Best Musical in 1981.
