Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Little Me. Group of 51 pieces of poster / Playbill cover design artwork. Includes 41 rough sketches, pencil, ink and red pencil, mostly on tracing paper, various elements of the final poster; 9 drawings in red pencil on paper and an additional drawing in red pencil on tracing paper of the final design (mounted on foam core board). With the original newspaper advertisement, The New York Times, Sunday December 6, 1981, and three copies of the same image; and 3 additional black and white copies of drawings. Final poster sheet 17" x 14" (with mount 20 1/4" x 16 1/8"). All as is and in production used condition. Created by Tony Walton for the Broadway production of Little Me, Eugene O’Neill Theatre, 1982.
