Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). The Importance of Being Earnest. Group of set model pieces, various mediums including cardboard, wood, metal, acrylic and other materials. With a flamingo model piece from Conversations With My Father. Trellis piece 7 3/8"L. All as is and in production used condition, and with missing and loose pieces. Created by Tony Walton for the off-Broadway production of The Importance of Being Earnest, Irish Repertory Theatre, 1996. Tony Walton designed the sets, costumes, and poster, in addition to directing the show.
