Description
This vintage Japanese action figure represents the Gokai Dragon (Ryuko Kyojin) from the Gokaiser series, manufactured by the renowned Takatoku Toys. The figure is constructed from a combination of die-cast metal and plastic, featuring a striking green, red, and silver color palette with a distinct dragon-motif head. It is accompanied by its original silver-toned accessories, including a double-pointed spear and a spiked mace. The item is housed in its original color-illustrated cardboard box, complete with the internal polystyrene tray insert. This piece is a classic example of late 1970s Japanese robot engineering and design, produced during the height of the die-cast "Chogokin" era. Box measures approximately 8 x 7 inches.
Condition: The figure is in good vintage condition but is missing one horn from its head. There is light paint wear and dust throughout the body. The original cardboard box displays visible edge and corner wear consistent with age. The internal polystyrene tray shows some surface staining and minor structural damage. Accessories are present as described.
