This is a highly sought-after 1/160 scale radio-controlled (R/C) Godzilla figure produced by Tokyo Marui Co., Ltd. in Japan, dated 1994. Known as the Biollante Version or Bio-Goji, this model is based on the iconic creature design from the 1989 film Godzilla vs. Biollante. The figure features a sophisticated independent 6-channel radio control system operating on the 27MHz frequency. The handheld remote allows for six distinct, synchronized actions: forward walking movement, left and right turns, head waving, tail swinging, and a barking sound effect synchronized with an opening mouth. The exterior is constructed of a detailed, textured PVC costume designed to replicate the organic look and feel of the cinematic suit, which is fitted over an internal mechanical skeleton. This lot includes the Godzilla figure, the original handheld remote controller, and the original Japanese-language instruction sheet which provides specific maintenance guidelines for the PVC skin. The item is presented in its original illustrated retail packaging with internal protective inserts. Box measures approximately 23.5 x 26.5 x 8.75 inches.
Condition: The figure and remote appear to be in excellent, well-preserved condition. The PVC exterior remains supple with no visible signs of cracking or significant deterioration. The original packaging is present and shows minor age-related shelf wear, including light scuffing at the corners and edges. The internal Styrofoam inserts are intact. The instruction sheet is present with minor creasing. The electronic functions and motorized movements have not been tested for operation. All components appear complete as originally issued.
