Pop Culture Time Capsule: TV Memorabilia & Vintage Toys
Lot 251:
Two vintage Kenner Maskatron action figures from the 1970s series The Six Million Dollar Man. Includes interchangeable face masks for the characters Steve Austin and Oscar Goldman, as well as the specialized "Super Suction" and "Vice Grip" bionic weapon arms. Box 15" H x 5" W x 2" D.
Condition: This lot consists of one figure housed in its original pictorial window box and a second loose figure with its original box separate. The packaging is in fair to good vintage condition, exhibiting significant age-related wear including creases, tears, and surface abrasions. There is visible old adhesive tape residue on the box flaps and a handwritten name, Darren, in ink on the top of the loose box. The clear plastic windows show some denting and partial detachment from the cardboard. Figures and accessories appear to be in good structural condition with original fabric clothing intact. The lot is sold as-is, with all components shown in the accompanying photography.
Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Photos are considered part of the condition report. Complete condition information is available by request, please request no later than 24 hours prior to the auction. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and Willow Auctions will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated. We have our own in-house shipping program. Please request in-house shipping, if needed.
The box is in poor to fair condition with several significant structural and cosmetic flaws. There is prominent water staining and foxing across the upper white panels. A large through-puncture is located on the lower front face, and a substantial jagged tear is present on the right side panel. Additional wear includes corner crushing, edge fraying, and remnants of yellowed adhesive tape.
