This is an original cardboard retail box for the Kenner O.S.I. Headquarters playset, model number 65150, produced circa 1977. The packaging was manufactured by Kenner Products under the General Mills Fun Group, Inc. and features licensed imagery from the Universal City Studios television series The Six Million Dollar Man. The exterior displays graphic illustrations of Colonel Steve Austin and Oscar Goldman, along with depictions of the play features including the secret security alarm and document viewing screen. The box originally housed a desk, chair, and various office accessories designed for use with the 12-inch action figure line. Printed copyright marks for 1973 and 1977 are visible on the panels. Dimensions are approximately 16 by 16 inches. Box appears to never been opened and is brittle so items inside were not photo’d but assumed complete in cardboard pack.

Condition: The box is in poor to fair condition with several significant structural and cosmetic flaws. There is prominent water staining and foxing across the upper white panels. A large through-puncture is located on the lower front face, and a substantial jagged tear is present on the right side panel. Additional wear includes corner crushing, edge fraying, and remnants of yellowed adhesive tape.

Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Photos are considered part of the condition report. Complete condition information is available by request, please request no later than 24 hours prior to the auction. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and Willow Auctions will not provide refunds based on condition. Timepiece movements, lighting and electrics have not been tested, and art has not been examined out of the frame unless otherwise stated. We have our own in-house shipping program.  Please request in-house shipping, if needed.

As a professionally graded and sealed item, the condition is primarily defined by its AFA 70 Q-EX+ rating. The figure itself is well-preserved within the packaging, receiving a high sub-grade of 85. The original window box shows moderate wear consistent with its age, including creasing, edge and corner abrasions, and old tape on the top flap, resulting in a box sub-grade of 70. The clear window displays light surface scuffing, receiving a sub-grade of 70.
