Mattel 1978 Battlestar Galactica Series 1 action figure of the Imperious Leader, the primary antagonist from the classic television space saga. It remains factory-sealed on its original illustrated cardback. The piece is professionally preserved and sealed in a clear acrylic display case by the Action Figure Authority (AFA). Acrylic case 10" H x 7" W x 2" D.
Condition: Professionally graded AFA 60 Y-EX (Serial No. 14291723). Specific subgrades are C60 for the card, B80 for the blister, and F85 for the figure. The card exhibits visible edge wear and a significant area of surface paper loss in the upper right corner where a price sticker was previously removed. Original retail price stickers are present on the upper left corner. The plastic blister bubble shows significant yellowing consistent with the "Y" designation in the grade. The figure itself is well-preserved with a high subgrade of 85.
