Description
This is a vintage 1990 World Wrestling Federation (WWF) Andre the Giant action figure, manufactured by Hasbro. This vinyl figure is part of the iconic initial series and remains factory sealed in its original carded blister packaging. The figure features the Giant Jolt action mechanism, designed to simulate wrestling moves. The card front features a photographic portrait of Andre the Giant, the classic WWF logo, and the Hasbro brand mark. The reverse side of the card provides illustrated instructions for the action feature, character statistics, and a Collect Them All checklist featuring twelve figures from the debut series. Markings include product number 7014/7010 ASST., UPC 038976070147, and a 1990 copyright for TitanSports, Inc. and Hasbro, Inc. The item was manufactured in the USA and distributed by Hasbro Bradley UK Ltd. Dimensions are approximately 10 1/2 inches by 8 1/2 inches.
Condition: The figure is in its original, unopened packaging. The cardstock displays visible shelf wear, including creasing across the hanger tab and along the perimeter edges. There is corner wear and surface scuffing present on the reverse side. A legacy retail price sticker from Children of Paradise is adhered to the upper right corner of the card back. The plastic blister remains attached to the card.
