Description
A vintage PEMCO HO scale electric train set titled The Burlington Limited, model number 5101. The set features a Burlington Northern FP-40 diesel locomotive equipped with an operating headlight. The included freight consist comprises a D&RGW hopper car, an operating coal dump car, a 50-foot box car, a 40-foot stock car, and a 36-foot caboose. Additional components listed on the box include an operating coal conveyor, a Sure Lock track system featuring a rerailer terminal, a power pack with load-matching throttle, and a 45″ x 36″ scenic layout. The set is housed in its original cardboard box. Box size 19.25″ H x 11.5″ W x 4.25″ D.
Condition report:
The original cardboard box shows significant signs of age and storage wear, including crushing, creasing, corner dings, and edge tears. The internal components have not been verified for completeness or mechanical and electrical functionality.
