Description

Bohemian enameled and gilded ruby-to-clear glass decanter with stopper. Late 19th or early 20th century. Diamond and hobnail patterns. Appears unsigned. 20″ H with stopper, 11 1/2″ H without stopper. 5 1/2″ base diameter.


Condition report:

Significant chip present on the edge of the decorative collar on the stopper. Minor surface wear to gilded areas consistent with age. Typical light scratching and shelf wear to the base. Glass remains clear with no internal cloudiness.
