Nancy Galantiere (American, 1907-1969). Watercolor and gouache on paper, abstract composition. Signed and dated Nancy Galantiere 42 in the upper left. 24 1/2″ x 20 1/2″ with frame.
Condition report:
The artwork displays minor cockling to the paper consistent with the watercolor medium. Colors remain vibrant throughout the composition. The rustic wooden frame shows some surface wear and intentional age-related distress. The backing board and labels on the verso show minor foxing and tearing.
