Description
Set of six Deruta hand-painted ceramic bowls with white glazed bodies in the Circo pattern. Marked on the underside Circo, B. Goldsmith Design, Deruta of Italy. 2 1/2″ H x 8 1/4″ diameter.
Condition report:
The bowls exhibit signs of age-related wear and damage. A visible network of fine crazing is present across the interior glaze of the pieces. One bowl shows a small chip on the rim that exposes the underlying terracotta-colored ceramic body. At least one bowl features a vertical hairline crack extending from the rim. Occasional minor surface staining or spotting is observed to the interior.
