Description
Collection of 37 pieces of vintage children’s media from the late 20th century. The grouping includes multiple unopened Tyco View-Master 3-D reel packets for titles including Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III, Full House, The Ren & Stimpy Show, Blossom, and The Perils of Mickey. Also present are two GAF Wolf Man View-Master reel sets. The lot features several Deluxe Talking Storybook sets comprising a book and matching cassette tape for James Bond 007: A View to a Kill, The Transformers, Firffels: Fird and the Firffel Reunion, and Super Powers: The Battle for Apokolips. Additional items include a Batman: The Scarecrow’s Mirage book and record set by Power Records, two Gremlins storybooks titled Escape from the Gremlins and The Last Gremlin, and a Tru-Vue Rolla-Show Mickey Mouse film cartridge. Most items are housed in their original vintage retail packaging. The collection is accompanied by a View-Master branded cardboard shipping box. Largest item 11″ H x 7″ W.
Condition report:
The items are in vintage condition and generally remain in their original packaging. Cardstock backings show typical shelf wear such as corner bumping, edge wear, and minor creasing. Several packages retain original adhesive price stickers. Some plastic blister covers show light surface wear, minor indentations, or slight yellowing consistent with age. The storybooks exhibit minor edge wear and surface rubbing. The cardboard shipping carton shows overall wear, discoloration, and structural softening consistent with age and storage.
