Nishimura Hodo (Japanese, 20th Century). Woodblock, Plum and Canary, 1937. Artist seal in lower left and dated May 1937 in the left margin. 15 5/8 x 10 5/8 inches.

Condition report:
The paper exhibits a jagged tear with associated paper loss along the top edge. There is overall toning and yellowing to the paper, most prominently in the margins. Minor edge wear and light creasing are visible.
