Description
Large Japanese moriage style polychrome enamel earthenware floor vase. Tapering ovoid body on a pedestal foot. Decorated with high-relief hand-painted enamels. Interior of the neck and the center of the underside are finished with a white glaze. Appears unsigned. 29″ H x 11″ W x 8″ base diameter.

Condition report:
Visible wear is limited to minor surface abrasions and very small losses to the delicate raised enamel decoration. The unglazed foot rim shows standard shelf wear. There are no observed cracks, chips to the body, or evidence of restoration.
