Description
Chinese provincial blue and white porcelain charger or low bowl, likely 18th or 19th century. The interior is decorated in underglaze cobalt blue with a central, hand-painted dragon. Appears unsigned. 2 1/4" H x 11 1/4" diameter.

Condition report:
Small chips and fritting are present along the rim. The piece exhibits various firing imperfections consistent with provincial manufacture, including glaze pitting and iron spots. The unglazed base is heavily stained and contains kiln grit residues. No major cracks or repairs are observed.
