Description
17 pieces of Crown Ducal earthenware in the Orange Tree pattern. Service includes: graduated teapots and hot water jugs with lids, a large handled tureen with lid, a round covered muffin dish with saucer, rectangular covered butter dishes with saucers, sauce boats with matching stands, a small lidded pot, a cup and saucer, and graduated rectangular serving platters. Pieces feature a black printed backstamp with a crown emblem above the text CROWN DUCAL WARE ENGLAND. Select pieces also display the registration number REGD NO 711270, the mold number A 1211, and the hand-painted pattern number 72344. Largest teapot 5 1/2″ H x 8″ W x 6″ D. Largest serving platter 12 1/2″ L.

Condition report:
Visible surface wear and light crazing are present, consistent with the age and material of the items. The enamel colors remain vibrant. No major chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration were noted during inspection.
