Description
American Renaissance Revival walnut and marble top parlor table on casters. The table features a shaped rectangular top with protruding, notched corners, inset with a variegated brecciated marble slab. Below, the apron is decorated with a continuous band of deeply carved palmette or shell motifs. The table is supported by four turned and fluted legs. 29″ H x 33 1/2″ W x 21 1/2″ D.
Condition report:
There is a small water ring or circular stain on the wooden frame of the top. Minor scuffs, finish losses, and small chips are visible on the wood, particularly on the lower terminals and corners. The marble top appears well-preserved with no major cracks or repairs evident.
