Description
This Neoclassical style round side table features a circular wooden top hand-painted in a trompe l’oeil design to simulate a stone or marble inlay. The decorative top includes a central medallion surrounded by concentric rings and segmented panels in various colors, including green, rose, ochre, and blue, all exhibiting faux marble veining. The top is supported by a dark-finished metal tripod base. 27.5″ H x 29.75″ tabletop diameter.
Condition report:
The table is in good overall condition. The painted top shows minor surface scuffs, scratches, and small chips to the faux finish, primarily along the outer edge. The metal base exhibits minor surface oxidation, small areas of rust, and general wear to the dark finish consistent with age and use.
