Description
Pair of metal figurative sculptures on quartz bases, modeled after the ancient Greek Riace Bronzes. One figure retains a black and gold plastic label reading ETRURIA ARGENTO. 7″ H x 2″ W x 2″ D. Location: 15C
Condition report:
The pair shows moderate tarnish and surface wear to the silvered finish, with some areas of the underlying base metal visible. There are minor pockmarks and small spots of oxidation on the metal surfaces. The stone bases exhibit natural inclusions and minor nicks or small chips along the edges.
