Description
Tiffany and Co. French brass carriage clock with travel case. The white enamel dial is marked Tiffany and Co. and features black Arabic numerals, a minute track, and spade-style hands. The mechanical, time-only movement features a platform escapement visible from the top and is stamped Made in France on the lower backplate. A single winding arbor is located on the backplate. 4 1/2″ H x 3″ W x 2 1/2″ D. Location: 14C
Condition report:
The clock is offered in untested condition. The enamel dial exhibits a visible hairline crack extending from the center toward the 4 and 9 o\'clock positions. The brass case shows scattered surface wear, minor pitting, and tarnishing consistent with age. The red leather travel case shows significant exterior wear and scuffing.
