Matthäus Seutter (German, 1678–1757). Recens Edita totius Novi Belgii, in America Septentrionali siti, Augsburg, ca. 1730. Second state. Engraving with hand coloring. Sight: 19 x 22 in. Frame: 24.5 x 28 in.

Condition report:
The map is in good antique condition with light, even toning across the paper surface. A prominent central vertical fold line is visible, along with original horizontal folds consistent with 18th-century atlas placement. The hand-coloring remains vibrant and well-preserved. The modern frame exhibits minor shelf wear, and the brown paper backing on the reverse has slight tears along the edges.
