Description
A rectangular Chinese rosewood curio display cabinet designed for wall mounting. The case features a single hinged glass door with a hand-carved, pierced foliate and berry-motif cresting and apron. The interior is configured with a series of staggered shelves of varying heights and widths, featuring flared pagoda-style ends. The back of the interior is fitted with a mirrored panel. The cabinet is equipped with decorative brass wall mounts with traditional fretwork designs, brass hinges, and a side latch. 32″ H x 20″ W x 4″ D.
Condition report:
Good overall condition with minor surface wear and light scuffing to the wood consistent with age and previous display. The glass door and mirrored back are intact and free of cracks. Brass hardware exhibits a light patina.
