Description
This hand-painted Spanish Talavera earthenware bud vase features a globular body, a tall slender neck, and a flared trumpet-style rim. The exterior is decorated with polychrome floral motifs against a cream-colored ground, showcasing two large stylized pink and yellow blossoms flanked by scrolled green acanthus-style leaves and smaller blue floral sprigs. The neck is adorned with a single pink bud, and the rim features a blue-and-white diagonal dash border. Marked on the underside of the base. 9″ H x 6″ diameter.

Condition report:
This item is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. There are minor, inherent glaze pinholes and surface variations characteristic of handmade artisanal pottery.
