Condition report:
The set is in used condition. Surface oxidation, rust, and pitting are present on the wrought iron components, most notably on the back bars of the andirons and the tool shafts. The cast brass finials and handles exhibit heavy tarnish and areas of green verdigris. The fire brush shows wear with distorted and thinning bristles. General surface scratches and soot residue consistent with regular fireplace use are present throughout.
