Description
Hermes porcelain rectangular serving tray in the Chaine d’Ancre pattern. This white porcelain vessel features a flat well and a slightly raised rim with rounded corners. The surface decoration consists of a dark grey chain link border inspired by nautical anchor chains. A decorative toggle closure motif is integrated into the pattern at the top center, which is inscribed with the brand name. Marked on the underside. 14" L x 6" W.
Condition report:
The porcelain body is free of chips, cracks, or structural repairs. Light staining and surface residue are present along the unglazed foot ring and the underside edges. The metallic outer rim exhibits light surface wear.
