Description
Phillip Pavia (American, 1912-2005). Watercolor on paper, abstract composition, 1978. Signed and dated Pavia ’78 in the lower right corner. The sheet is hinge-mounted with visible brown pressure-sensitive tape at the four corners. Presented in a white mat and a gilt-finished wood frame. Sight: 11 x 16 in. Frame: 19 1/2 x 24 1/2 in.

Condition report:
The work has shifted within the frame revealing adhesive tape on each corner. There are pin holes in each corner of the watercolor. The frame displays minor surface scuffs and edge wear with some loss to the gilt finish.
